Request for Proposals (RFP) Service are hereby advised that the company
has no means of verifying the claims, representations, integrity, character,
or business practices of any member of the Service. The company therefore
can take no responsibility for the consequences of any transactions arising
from its use.
We encourage all users of
the Service to report to us promptly any comments they may have regarding
the behavior of any user (praiseworthy or objectionable). We will promptly
take such action as we in our sole discretion deem appropriate, but cannot
guarantee that the outcome, whatever it may be, will be satisfactory to
all parties, or indeed, to any user.
WE STRONGLY ENCOURAGE
ALL USERS OF THE SERVICE TO CONTACT THEIR BETTER
BUSINESS BUREAU OR OTHER SIMILAR PRIVATE OR REGULATORY BODY PROMPTLY TO
REGISTER ANY COMPLAINTS THEY MAY HAVE WITH RESPECT TO ANY OTHER USER.

Adminstrative Rules
The Staffcentrix Request
for Proposals (RFP) Service is as important to our VA clients and Users
as it is to us as a company -- if not more so. To preserve its function,
Staffcentrix reserves the right to suspend or delete from the System any
VA or User whose performance or integrity is called into question by a
third party. Staffcentrix further reserves the right to determine in its
sole discretion whether any complaint merits this or any other action.
By participating in the Request
for Proposals (RFP) Service, all VAs and Users agree to be bound by the
above provisions, and acknowledge Staffcentrix' right to impose such limitations. |
