Us:
I have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting. For the last 8 years I have been working for a small business as an office manager responsible for daily bank deposits, biweekly payroll, monthly sales tax reports, quarterly and yearly payroll tax reports. I also provided customer support, managed accounts payable and receivable, and any human resource issues, including hiring, vacation, and sick leave. I was involved in the development of a marketing plan to increase sales through email and fax. I served as personal assistant to owner assisting in any major decision making involving the business and expenditures. I also created many spreadsheets for use as freight reports, customer order forms, and cost of goods sold. For the past year I have been doing the payroll and taxes remotely. In addition, I have experience preparing individual income tax returns. I am persuing this opportunity because I want to be able to stay home with my children. I have a very flexible schedule and am easy to work with.
